Highlights from the ARMLS report…

1.      New average list prices were up 4.5% year over year.

2.      Average sales prices were up 7.9% year over year.

3.      Median sales prices are up 9% year over year.

4.      New construction of homes is improving but is way below historical trends.

The only real cautionary trends were the 3.29 months of supply being up slightly as well as the days on market rising from 71 to 74 days on average.  

If you are a seller in this market you will benefit tremendously from the listing team that has a good strategy!
