Price per square foot was up in Scottsdale for Q3 of 2016 compared with last year.  The 10 zip codes that comprise Scottsdale showed almost 4% rise in price per square foot in sales.  The 85255 zip code was up 7%!  The Cave Creek/Tatum Ranch North Phoenix area showed a nice bounce too showing a 6% increase.  Rio Verde received one of the nicest year over year comparisons with price per square foot jumping 20% for Q3 of 2016 vs 2015.  The market shows signs of a promising end to the year.  If you are thinking about selling Click Here for the latest data on what your home could be worth in this market.
